For the next 4 weeks we have amassed a list of challenges, some to give up, some to give a way. Either do a different one a day, or do some for a week or the whole 4 weeks. The goal is to feel blessed by all that we take for granted. Don’t coast through this, do some of the hard stuff. Document and share with the group what you decided and how it felt. The list is in the comments of this post. THIS WEEKS SCRIPTURE READING 2 Timothy 1-4 1 Chronicles 1-29 Psalm 116-118 Proverbs 25

For the next couple of weeks, take time each day to pray for those enlisted in boot camp. By the end of 2 weeks, you should have prayed for each group member by name for at least 5 minutes. Pray specifically that their relationship with Abba deepens and that they will engage fully in the Word of God as well as the weekly Challenges. Oh Father God, be an ever voice in the hearts of these boot campers. Confirm your word in Isaiah 30:21 “Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it,” THIS WEEKS READING Isaiah 34-66 Psalm 104-106 Proverbs 22

For the rest of Boot Camp, the weekly challenges are going to be stretched over 4 weeks in order to prayerfully seek opportunities to live out this radical life of following Jesus. The challenge for the next few weeks is a challenge to use worldly wealth to win over the lost. This means that you use your money in order to shower blessings on those who do not know the Lord in lavish and extravagant ways. Luke 16: 9-10 says “I tell you, use worldly wealth to gain friends for yourselves, so that when it is gone, you will be welcomed into eternal dwellings. Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much.” Show them the love of Jesus and spare no expense, because they are worth it! THIS WEEK’S READING Hebrews Chapters 1-13 Leviticus Chapters 1-17 Psalm 91-95 Proverbs 19

No TV, Movies, YouTube, Video games or games on your phone or tablet. Disconnect from the media filling your time. Use the free time to get connected to God, to family, to fellowship. Take the new-found time to wait on the Lord. Just sit and hear from heaven, let your mind wonder and focus on the things of King Jesus. Contemplate all that you have been learning and doing. Take the time to rest, read, play, interact. Call someone just to chat. Have coffee with someone just because you have the time. Use the extra time and be creative. Don’t forget, tuition is due by Friday this week. Weekend Friday session starts at 7pm in the classroom. If you are unable to attend the weekend, please make sure to let us know and to make arrangements to pay you tuition. Can’t wait to connect and hear all that God is doing in our group. THIS WEEKS SCRIPTURE READING Psalm 24 - 27 Proverbs 6 2 Samuel chapters 1-24 This book of the bible follows the reign of David as King James chapters 1-5 This book is written by James, Jesus’ brother. This was written to expose hypocritical practices and to teach right Christian behavior.
