Week 10 Listen Well
This week’s challenge is to listen well.
Scripture says in James 1:19 “My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry”
So this week live this verse out. Meditate on what it means and how to apply it to your daily life. Give your opinion only when asked, make the focus of your conversations those whom you are talking to. In general, just be quieter. Don’t be easily offended. Ask questions so that you can hear from others.
For some of us this will actually be a very difficult challenge, and for others of us, this is just normal. Pray for the group this week that we may be hearers this week.
